[Page 1] BE IT KNOWN that at the date hereunder written the last Will and Testament of Thomas Locke formerly of Moss Side Manchester in the County of Lancaster but late of Birkdale in the said County deceased, who died on the 8th day of June 1890. at Birkdale aforesaid and who at the time of his death had a fixed place of abode at Birkdale aforesaid within the District of the Hundred of West Derby in Lancashire was proved and registered in the District Probate Registry of Her Majesty’s High Court of Justice at Liverpool and that Administration of the personal estate of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to Louisa Constance Locke of 126 Liverpool Road Birkdale aforesaid Widow the Relict the sole Executrix named in the said Will she having been first sworn well and faithfully to administer the same.

[Page 2] This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Locke of 13 Greame Street Moss Side Manchester in the County of Lancaster I hereby appoint My Dear Wife Louisa Constance Locke to be my Executrix and revoking any and all previous wills made by me I give devise and bequeath unto my dear wife Louisa Constance Locke all my estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever both real and personal whether in possession reversion and remainder or expectancy for her sole use and benefit. I declare this to be my last Will and Testament. Thomas Locke In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this eighteenth day of October One Thousand Eight Hundred and seventy nine Signed by the said Thomas Locke in the presence of us present at the same time who in his presence and in the presence of each other subscribe our names as witnesses thereto John George Williams William Lomas 2 folios
